Great living areas with expansive porch, BHI

High on a Dune Ridge, Summer House offers guests commanding views and spacious island living. Panoramic ocean views from the expansive porches and windows along the front of the home enable guests to relax outdoors. The privacy of the Maritime Forest and spacious back porch offer a shaded respite and added privacy. A spiral outside staircase provides access to a rooftop porch perfect for observing panoramic views of the island. The spacious reverse floorplan provides one level sleeping arrangements and main living areas that maximize ocean and forest views.

Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2BB, 1S). 4 full baths. (2) 4 passenger carts. Fireplace. Wi-Fi. One minute to beach access. 7-night minimum year round.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals. Pet Friendly.
