This beautiful Bald Head Island vacation rental home offers spectacular views of Old Baldy Lighthouse, a lagoon and the golf course. It has a great kid's bedroom and fenced-in backyard. Includes two master bedrooms and two large screened porches. Sleeps 11 (max.). 3 bedrooms (1 K,1S-1Q-1Q,BBw/TR). 3 full baths. 1 half bath. (2) 4 passenger carts. High speed internet. Four minutes to beach access. Check-in and out days in summer season is Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. But, we knew going in it was 4 minutes away to the closest beach so, lesson learned. The house was great, plenty of room, clean, nice. Blender didn't work which was disappointing for margarita making, lol! But, would recommend highly to folks not planning on making many trips to the beach or if you don't have kids with you. Would have been nice to know there were a few beach chairs and wake boards there, we wouldn't have brought ours. Wish there was a way to let folks know that type stuff. Maybe we just missed it. I wish there was an option to purchase a kitchen essentials kit with basic food items like olive oil, stick of butter, salad dressing etc. Seems wasteful to have to purchase large quantities of items to then just toss at the end of of your stay. Also the photos show the Bald Head Island pool which we were not able to access because they need a 5 day advance notification. Reviewer Comments: This was our 20th stay on the island and our 2nd at All Inn. We love the fact that the house is tucked away on a quiet loop where we can see deer, ibis and an occasional heron. Now that the trees have grown tall, viewing the lighthouse is a challenge but by standing in the doorway upstairs between the living room and porch, Old Baldy's beacon can be observed. The floor plan works well for the three generations of our family since there are two master suites and a bedroom for our grandchildren. Upstairs, the kitchen is spacious, the refrigerator a good size and the ice maker works! The living area furniture could use updating as the recliners are large and eat into the space, making the area seem smaller than it is. The sofa is beginning to show wear; the seating section has begun to separate from the back. We could not sit in the chairs on the screened porch because the paint is flaking and stuck to our skin. All Inn offers good space and just needs a little TLC. We would stay there again. ##### Trisha M. Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Michelle H. 11 Jul 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### 50+ Spooky Spider Webs on Upper Porch The majority of the house was great/beautiful, but two things seemed odd to me. First, the upper screened-in porch (which is adjacent to and visible from the kitchen, family, and dining room area) had an enormous amount of large spider webs (with spiders) that gave the house a haunted house look and feel. (I would have removed the 50+webs because they bothered me so much, but they were on the outside of permanently attached screens, and the webs were on the second story of the house. The webs looked like they had been in place for months. The second odd thing was that there was an internal device (either a motion detector or security camera) pointed directly at the king mattress in the master bedroom). I would like to think that it was a motion detector (for security), but it was odd that it was NOT pointed at the back door/exit in the master bedroom. The "motion detector" was pointed directly at the bed (meaning the only motion that would be detected would be from getting into, out of, or on the mattress (not motion coming from someone exiting or entering the house from the backdoor). I think this internal device should have been mounted above the entrance door to the master bedroom, which would point the motion detector directly at the back door. I do not like to think that it was a security camera (as that would be not just odd but creepy as the "motion detector" only had the red light go on when we laid on the mattress -- and not entering or exiting the master bedroom). We did put a washcloth over the "motion detector" just in case it was not a motion detector (and was a camera) that was watching our activities in bed. I hope that the management company will keep the exterior of the house better maintained as the house was very attractive (except for the spider webs). I hope the "motion detector" would be moved to a different location so that it would not monitor our movements getting in and out of the bed/mattress (or be removed entirely and placed on the outside porch attached to the master bedroom). I do think that it was a nice house, but I hope that the spider webs and the master bedroom security device would be removed. ##### Michelle H. Blender didn't work which was disappointing for margarita making, lol! But, would recommend highly to folks not planning on making many trips to the beach or if you don't have kids with you. Would have been nice to know there were a few beach chairs and wake boards there, we wouldn't have brought ours. Wish there was a way to let folks know that type stuff. Maybe we just missed it. Two screened porches, a good central location, very bright and airy second floor (kitchen, living room, dining room). some of the stuff is older and could use a refresh, but overall we would definitely stay here again. ##### Amir A.
