Step outside to one of the island’s most coveted spots — directly on East Beach, BHI’s most popular beach and surfing destination. A private boardwalk leads straight from the house to the beach, making it easy for all ages to come and go throughout the day. Generous wrap-around porches and upper-level decks offer outdoor spaces for every moment: enjoy sunrise coffee, afternoon shade under the gazebo, or stargazing in the salty breeze. A hot tub is available for an additional fee to complete your oceanfront relaxation. Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with four spacious bedroom suites — ideal for multiple families or generations traveling together. The first-floor primary suite includes a private sitting area, offering a quiet retreat throughout the day or a nearby nook for young children needing to stay close at night. Upstairs, two king en suites provide comfort and privacy, while the large bunk room with three sets of bunks is perfect for cousins or younger guests to share and bond. An upstairs office with sweeping ocean views offers a serene spot to sneak in a bit of work — or simply enjoy the scenery in peace. We were given one towel per person for entire weekend. Both I’ve in refrigerator and separate ice machines were broken. Poor water pressure throughout. Televisions in home did not work. Toilet was not working in master. Tiny closet created in bathroom because owners locked master closet for their use. That was very unfortunate. We would not rent this house again. It was very expensive and basically needed repair. The rental group seemed annoyed that they had to wait on us to get there at 5:30 because they were eager to close. They basically tossed us the keys and said bye. Just not a great experience for a very expensive rental. ##### Jaye S.
