Built in 2011 German standard

  • We offer a very nice holiday home in Balatonboglar. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, satellite TV, etc. A large garden of approx. 1000m2 and a beautiful terrace complete the whole thing.
    The lake is around 300 m away. Shopping centers are also nearby.
    It is a lot of fun to live in the house because everything fits together very well. Up to 6 people can live well in the house. Please no pets and no smoking in the house.

Das perfekte Haus am Balaton

Wer es gerne ruhig aber an Seenähe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Balaton entfernt und besitzt alles, um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. Da das Haus erst vor 10 Jahren errichtet wurde, ist es relativ modern und gut ausgestattet (die Wohnfläche ist groß). Der Garten ist riesig und bietet genug Platz für jegliche Aktivitäten. Das Ein- und Auschecken sowie die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war reibungslos und alle sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen hier gerne jederzeit zurück und bedanken uns ganz arg für die Gastfreundschaft!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Lage. Man hat viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Es gibt eine Terasse wo man morgens schön frühstücken kann. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zum Plattensee, ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hafen. So kann man problemlos sein Auto stehen lassen und viele Orte, wie Budapest oder Siofok, erkunden.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub an einem tollen Ort

Wie in der Beschreibung -> war alles so wie es sein sollte! Ein schönes Haus. Für den Urlaub auch ausreichend groß -> 3 Zimmer, 1 Bad (mit Wanne, Dusche und WC), 1 separates WC und Wohnküche (gut eingerichtet: Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffemaschine, Gasherd mit Backofen und Spülmaschine) mit schöner Terasse zum Frühstücken etc. Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt, alle Einrichtungen in einem Topzustand und sauber. Der Verwalter vor Ort sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert (im absolut positivem Sinn). Gefehlt hat uns im Nachhinein das Fehlen von W-lan und Waschmaschine, allerdings wussten wir vorher das dies kein Bestandteil ist.

Super Unterkunft mit Allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Das Haus verfügt über eine herausragende Ausstattung, wenn man diese mit anderen Inseraten am Balaton vergleicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Hauptstrand in Balatonboglar sind mit Auto in 2 min. erreicht. Wir waren absolut begeistert und werden nicht das Letzte mal dort gewesen sein.
