We arrived a bit early but the lovely receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned as a priority and provided coffee and delicious biscuits while we waited. The room was the one with the balcony and was wonderful. Very spacious and quiet despite some children being in the large room down in the garden nearby but we only heard them when outside. Amazing hotel, truly a five star experience. Beautiful, friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a ton of fantastic activities for kids, the food is great with good variety, and the main pool temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, especially for kids up to age 9. Room for improvement: The water in the slides was a bit chilly; it would be great if they heated them a little more.

Excellent hotel, service and rooms, peaceful spa, delicious food, and beautifully paired wine - sommeliers and bar staff were knowledgable and helpful in making recommendations. All around a wonderful stay.

Excellent place for a night over near the lake. Excellent communication and very well thought about apartment. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Recently travelled round Europe and thought we would stop off at lake balaton! The owner couldn't of been more helpful he told us about a spa which was amazing and relaxing and an Italian were the food was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone
