"I would give the hotel staff six or more stars if I could. They were so helpful in a variety of ways: they served a very nice breakfast every morning--they were friendly and quickly prepared our food; when the hotel lost power because of a storm, they did a great job of making dinner for hotel guests (regardless of the lack of power).
