a new built pennhouse in a residential area of bakio redecorated with very good taste. you can reach to the beach by walking in only five minutes but you will be surrounded by beautiful mountains and you will have a very good view from every and each room / piece. you can enjoy a very wide terrace overlooking to Jata mountain and you can use the playground, basketball and football courts as well as the swimming pool. you will find very nice restaurants and pubs very close while you enjoy piece and relax
