We love this area, and have camped here many times, but as a larger group than usual and due to the time of year we decided on staying at Monameeth bungalow, very glad we did, plenty of parking space at the back of the bungalow. Great pub and cafe straight across the road, so no cooking unless you choose to. However the property lacked character and there were a few items missing one would expect to find in a holiday property in this price range. For example, no kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, and insufficient rubbish bags. There were no instructions for recycling, visitors have no idea what Derbyshire's recycling policy is so no idea how to seperate items.
