The property is under heavy renovation. The pool is closed the spa is closed the bar is closed the restaurant is closed. My patio was filled with dirt from irrigation repairs. The interior room was clean but lots of ceiling stains and dirty furniture. The Linens were clean and the bathroom was clean. The TV only had five channels. No news channels no local channels.

The property needs some outside maitenance like pressure washing of the outside. Furtiture in room is outdated and looks worn out.

The property is old and outdated. The carpet is stained. Mold in the shower. Only 4 or 5 TV channels. Hot Tub was not in order. Staff was not very helpful or friendly. I would not recommend this hotel! It is definitely NOT worth almost $200.00 a night!

The security door into the building was broken, our room had live roaches, the air conditioning couldn't be turned down & lastly the bed covers were sheet thin. This was a very unpleasant & disappointing stay

$200 a night for an outdated room. With a chair that had some questionable stains on it. Not worth it. Smelled of major cigarette smoke in the lobby. Only one single towel in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They don’t neee to upgrade. It was fine. Just not worth $200/night.

Stay was ok for one night business. Room needed refurbishing; need to replace stained and loose rugs; more ADA features needed - no elevators. Interesting was that the toilet was hooked up with the hot water line. Good location. The Bistro was convenient.

Nice stay in Bake.
First time there. Staff very cooperative and friendly. My wife and kids were delighted. Site is older but unique. Great pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast a little costly but nice.

The bed and bathroom were clean. The floor was dirty the chair had stains on it and having two toddlers this is not okay. They sold cereal in the lobby but no milk. We had a double queen and had two towels and one washcloth. For what we paid I would expect a cleaner room with more amenities. Very dated.

Questionable hotel
Room I booked was not ready well after check in time. I settled for a different room. Room has popcorn ceilings, old tv and cable, bathroom door kept locking on its own and difficult to unlock, shower had no shampoo in dispenser, daughter and I both woke with several bites and my husband saw a big roach in bathroom. Disappointed overall.

Room was very large, clean. When walking into the building there was a strong odor and upon walking in the adjoining door from the next room was unlocked and really hard to lock we put a chair in front of it. The location was great for what we needed. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner (recommend the burger) and breakfast the next morning.

Disgusting Hotel
The hotel smells horrible , horrible carpet stained and smelly , the condition of the room Is outdated and filthy dirty . I called the front desk but they refused to give me my money back . Don’t ever stay here .

The room that they gave us was not even clean we walked in beds were not made dirty soap bars dirty rags all over then they switched over to a different room which ended up having a dead cockroach on the floor called the front office all they did was apologize and asked if they wanted us to come and clean the room was very disappointed expected a lot more from hotel
