"Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family."

Tv volume was on the lowest setting couldnt make it higher as only some of the buttons on the remotw worked Box elder bugs everywhere Sweat stains on the pillows as they dont have actual pillow casses Desk chair in room had food stuck to it. Walls paper thin Great water pressure Blanket and beds were soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating Overall its an okay hotel for the money. "

"Best stay in South Haven. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, friendly staff, happy hour where you meet the fellow guests and a delicious breakfast. Todd is a property favorite. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Nichols. "
