Perhaps it is still in the process of getting updated (the pictures led me to believe everything was spit-spot) or maybe it is just a very old house that looks well used. Definitely a tenant upstairs with a “fire exit” door in one of the bedrooms that we think connected to the upstairs. Left us feeling kind of uneasy and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in there but no issues with it that we knew of. Also the listing says washer and dryer but really means a laundromat is available nearby. Weird smells too the first night but we got some air refreshers that helped. Two bathrooms is accurate but the dollar tree cut up shower curtain situation in the bathroom with the clawfoot tub was gross and we only used the front shower between all of us. Got it for a good price so I can’t complain too much, however I feel like the listing isn’t completely accurate and others should be aware.
