Everything was ok except for a few things. We went to put a few waters into the fridge and there was a lunch bag with food in there. Very disgusting. The second thing was that we went to take a shower and hardly any hot water let alone luke warm water.

Though the property was old, it was comfortable. It was nice having a restaurant attached. The breakfast and service was excellent.Check-in was slow.

We have stayed here before, it’s convenient. The room was pretty loud this time- I could hear the next rooms sound machine all night (which sounded like a running toilet). Morning staff was super nice and friendly!

The hotel rooms are built around a courtyard/pool which is nice. Room rates are reasonable. There is a breakfast room with the usual “help yourself” fare but fresh omelets are also available and were excellent. There is a dining restaurant/bar that had delicious high-end food freshly prepared by a chef! Negative side: large rig trucks park in their lot and the engines running are loud. Property is near the highway and some parts of the property are exposed to this noise.

Spacious rooms, hearty breakfast options with chef that accomodated dietary restrictions with a variety of options, very comfortable room, accomodations, and bath. Great lighting options and ports for charging. TV remote was over used and lacked sensitivity, precision. I would have prefered options for tea.More beverage options were available near checkin and staff was very concientious and accomodating. Property is attractive and well maintained. Good food variety on Sunridge bar and grill menu. Suggest you add some delicious entrees like Lamb Saag :)

It seemed VERY tired and dumpy, compared to the Home2Suites we'd stayed in the night before in Levi, UT for exactly the same price. The place felt more like a "hotel for a quickie" rather than a travellers hotel. So cheap but not what we were charged! Although it's great that they hire and give ex-prisoners a chance, that seemed odd too.

The heat/AC cycled on for 3 minutes then off for 3 which kept us awake. The toilet kept leaking down then ran to refill. The bathroom shower was for handicapped and a hovel without sufficient soap/lotion, etc. The TV sound could not be understood. The room came with 2 tissue's so I had to walk to lobby for refills. A dog barked periodically during the night. Expedia, I expected better of you.

Hard beds, leaking faucet that noisily dripped all night. Mini fridge wasn’t on, so couldn’t keep my items cold and it was super loud as it ran all night. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way for privacy. Walls not well insulated so noisy whenever someone walked by.

We had a great check-in on a beautiful sunny day. Enjoyed a great meal on site at the pub/ restaurant. Wonderful server who accomodated us nicely. Great food. Next time, I'd make sure i booked a room with the little balcony as we were in the building with no balcony.

Front Desk Is Awful, Rest Is Good
The front desk worker was the worst. Very unhelpful and annoying. It almost ruined the whole experience. The only thing that saved it was the breakfast staff. They were so friendly and eager to help. If the front staff had been that way it would have been a 5 star experience. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.
