All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

The facility transmits noise from one room to another. Secondly, I could not sleep at all because of noisy neighbors, and I complained twice about it, but the hotel staff did not do anything about it. The TV accommodations were Roku only not even local broadcast channels were available. The bed was decent, but losing sleep due to poorly planned poorly executed accommodations, blows everything and is not excusable.

"The nicest hotel we stayed in Montenegro. Rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless. Very quiet. Recently renovated and very attractive. Easy, on-site parking. We stayed one additional night because it was so nice and drive to Valbona."

"This is a one star hotel. The people were very nice but the hotel was a mess. There was no warm water, the bathroom floor did not drain. The room I paid for in the photo was twice the price of what I got.There was a much nicer hotel across the street for the same price, so I recommend staying there ..."
