Nice Hotel, Service Needs Improvement
"The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings."

"The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No elevator, still in early startup mode - no pool
"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. ..."

Great place close to the beach
"We had a great week in Comporta. The house is new, with lots of room for the whole family. A short walk to the beach, with a few great local restaurants. Francisco was a great host, who gave us suggestions for the area and was available for any problems."
