Check in was quick with a very friendly man at the front desk. The two women who were working in the restaurant the three mornings that I ate there were really hustling and tried to provide great service! Plenty of parking, convenient location. There is a lot of traffic on the street, but it is gone overnight and it was easy to sleep peacefully. Bring your own shampoo etc as they only have a 4 in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc.! Christian was very helpful and replied quickly to any of our questions.the location is in walking distance to the ferry to Quebec city, but is down a very steep hill ( cliff). If you have a car , l would recommend driving to the ferry. There is a large lot and only $8 for the day.
