Pleasant and very quiet studio cabin with an area of approximately 25 m², close to the thermal baths and the city center, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, facing south with loggia of 7.50 m² and mountain view.  
  
This studio cabin includes an entrance with bathroom and toilet, a living room with a two-seater bz, a television, an equipped kitchenette (microwave - oven - ceramic hob - filter coffee maker - toaster), a cabin area with a 140 bed.  
  
The floor is covered with linoleum.  
Private overhead parking.  
Pets under 10kg allowed.  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €55  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
