A large table for convivial meals, a comfortable corner with 2 sofas, fireplace and large television. Fibre WIFI. A fully equipped independent kitchen (new appliances). Three bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with two sinks, heated towel rail, a separate toilet. Take advantage of our large wood stove (free wood), in addition to the gas central heating, ensuring optimal warmth in winter. Upper floors: 1/2 floor with a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet. The 1st floor leads to four bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet. The exterior is just as pleasant with a 400m2 fully fenced garden, a large south-east facing terrace accessible directly from the kitchen, wooden garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy convivial moments in the open air.
