You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: Mountain sports, the Luchon-Superbagnères Pyrenees resort at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Thermal baths for treatments or family water games (winter + summer) Mountain biking: a wide variety of marked mountain bike trails, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters and accessible by cable car. Paragliding. Hiking and scenic walks. Enduro trails and technical courses. Paragliding course, with a 1,200-meter elevation gain. Opening dates for the nearest resort's ski lifts: Summer: mountain access by cable car from July 4 to August 31 every day, then only on weekends from September 6 to September 21. Winter: open from mid-December 2025 to the end of March 2026. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (no assigned spaces).
