A 40 m² ground floor apartment for 4 people with an 8 m² south-facing terrace, close to the thermal baths, the town center, and shops.  
  
This apartment includes an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa, table and chairs, a television, and a large opening onto the terrace with a table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchenette (microwave/grill, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, and induction hob) with a window overlooking the terrace.  
A bedroom with a double bed and closet. A sleeping alcove with two bunk beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet.  
  
Tile floor.  
Private parking and shared bicycle storage. Pets allowed.  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €75  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- 90cm sheets + pillowcase: €10.
