Nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, in the hamlet of Locmiquel in Baden, this charming house will delight you with its location and its garden with sea view. Close to superb hiking trails and the Sept Iles beach, it's the ideal base for exploring the region with friends or family. On the first floor, this cosy home features a large living room with exposed beams and a superb old fireplace. Comfortable and practical, it includes a cosy sitting area with armchairs and 2 sofas, a dining room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Doors open onto a private garden and sunny terrace. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms (1 with a 140cm bed and 1 with 2 90cm beds), with well-designed storage space, will enable you to rest effectively. The large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and toilet completes this level. Partie cuisine moderne où rien ne manque. Grande salle à manger suivie d'un salon spacieux. A l'étage deux chambres spacieuses avec lits confortables et grande salle de bain comprenant douche/baignoire/bidet/lavabos doubles vasques et wc. Une maison agréable et très propre où il fait bon vivre à côté d'une jolie chapelle du XIIIème siècle.Petit jardin bien entretenu avec terrasse et vue sur la mer très proche.Les quelques points négatifs : pas de wc au rez-de-chaussée, portes des chambres et entrée à l'étage qui ferment mal, chaises longues inconfortables et difficiles à rouvrir, pas de commerces de proximité il faut absolument une voiture.
