It has a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: \- A bright 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A separate toilet Upstairs: \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) \- A mezzanine with an office area \- A bathroom with shower and bathtub \- A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally located in Baden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
