House of 170 m2 on 2 levels, located in a village near Baden, a small town of 4300 inhabitants, between Vannes and Auray, in the Gulf of Morbihan. Pleasant situation, beautiful view, sunny, very quiet environment. Beach and nautical base 200 m from the house with many coastal paths, opportunities for walks along the Gulf. Close to the pier of Ile aux Moines, not far from picturesque towns and large beaches of the coast: Vannes, Carnac, Quiberon, Rhuys peninsula.  
  
Fully equipped house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, partially enclosed garden 1,000 m2\. 2 adult bikes + 1 child bike available. Kenavo (see you soon).
