Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back. When we stayed at the Residenz the reception desk was only staffed for some of the day, so when checking out in the morning we had to walk to the Palais. It felt we were rather alone in the Residenz. But the reception member of staff at the Palais was extremely helpful and friendly and he answered all my questions.
