"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

"Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. "Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Hotel was located very close to the central train station and numerous eating establishments. All the major attractions were inside 20 minute walk. My only annoyance was lack of typical amenities like an ironing board, slippers, or even a coffee and tea station in the room. These annoyances were somewhat offset by the presence of a small gym and sauna for guests. Would I stay here again, for the price and location I would say yes but I would keep i mind I am paying for the convenience of location and not amenities."

"Cloud One, formally Hyperion, from arrival to departure we were well looked after. Staff positive and friendly throughout the hotel: reception, breakfast, concierge, bar. Modern clean hotel, able to set the temperature in the room and bathroom to different temperatures to suit. Mini bar was well stocked. Even some board games to help pass the time if needed. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and cooked your eggs to order, from breads, meats, fruits and to cooked food. A secure luggage room should you arrive early."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy; the staff were very friendly; our room had everything we needed; the shower was particularly good; there was plenty of very nice food at breakfast. We liked very much that the hotel gives a €5 voucher for any day you don’t have your room cleaned. This could then be spent in the bar or restaurant - what a great idea! The hotel is in a good location, handy for trains and many bus lines. Our room overlooked the street which was a bit noisy with the windows open; but once they were shut we couldn’t hear anything. The extra tax that the city charges (currently 50c per person per night) to then provide a Guest Mobility ticket was fabulous. We got the train to Werfen and Zell am See; the bus to Bad Ischl and Hellbrunn Palace; and various buses and trams round the city and it cost us nothing at all with our Guest Mobility ticket. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone planning to visit Salzburg."
