This is a lovely quiet hotel within walking distance of the busy central Cologne. The staff couldn't be more helpful, even ensuring we had a room on arrival 4 hours before the official check in time. We were even offered refreshments while we waited. The room is clean and the towels etc changed every day. Supermarkets, cafes etc within easy walking distance. Id definitely recommend if you want the peace away from the hustle and bustle of central Cologne.

We had a lovely stay overall but the hotel was definitely showing its age a little and some of the decor was a bit faded etc. but the staff were friendly and we had no issues. Just not quite up to the M Gallery standard I have seen at other locations.

"We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent ..."
