The walking trails leading directly from the apartment offer a captivating view of the enchanting village, surrounded by the imposing mountains! Thanks to the two ski schools right in town, both beginners and advanced skiers will find something to enjoy! Sports enthusiasts can usually be found cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, or ice skating—but wellness lovers are also spoiled for choice: There are two thermal spas right in Bad Kleinkirchheim—the Thermal Römerbad and the Therme St. Kathrein—both offering pure relaxation!

From the parking lot, you can reach the building entrance via the terrace. The first door on the left leads to your vacation apartment (“Apartment David”), where you can check in on your own at any time starting at 4:00 p.m. thanks to the smart lock. Your code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. There is also a key in the apartment if you prefer to use it during your stay. In addition, a storage room—accessible from the hallway (on the right-hand side)—is available for your use. This is perfect for storing your ski gear, hiking gear, suitcases, etc.

The tourism tax (local tax) of 2.60 euros per person per day is included in the price.
