"Spacious and comfortable chalet for two families. You can access one of the slopes through the resort via improvised ski forest route. Relax in sauna apres ski. Fully equipped winter home. Don't forget snowchains! Finding the place was difficult. Instructions were very poor. We spent 1 hour to find the house. Please change batteries in remote controls from time to time. We couldn't control any of the TV'S."

"all in all it was good, the chalet is very nice just the pool is nt as warm as expected and the way to the pool was slipy after snow fall since no one scattered the way to the piste is also a little bit longer as expceted the chalet has a lot of stuff and was very cosy"

"Loved the area eventhough a bit smaller all was really well set up. Cleaning the house. It wasn’t dirty but quite some dust was still in the cabinets and bedroom floors. I would also recommend to leave some cleaning products to keep the kitchen and Collings area clean. This is not something one would want to buy extra."

"Pros: Das Haus ist wundervoll. Sehr schön und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist (bis auf Kornflakes-Schüsseln) wirklich alles vorhanden. Cons: Leider gibt's doch 2 Mankos, welche aber nicht zum ersten Mal angebracht werden. Zum einen sind da die Duschen ... Es ist unmöglich zu duschen ohne die Bäder zu fluten - da sollten ggf Duschtüren nachträglich angebracht werden. Das zweite Manko sind die Matratzen ... Buckenhart!!! Man liegt darauf wie auf einer mit Stoff...

Leider handelt es sich nicht um eine echte Unterkunft direkt an der Piste, aber der Lift war in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns Ältere war das schon etwas beschwerlich, dennoch hat sich der Weg gelohnt, da wir mit allem anderen sehr zufrieden waren. "The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed."
