"Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!"

"I can’t say enough good about Hotel Residenz. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful In answering our questions and helping us when needed. The room was clean, quiet and exactly what we had hoped for. The included breakfast surpassed anything I could have expected and for 2 plant based eaters, there were more than enough choices. I’ll stay here again in a heartbeat next time in Passau"

"This Hotel was amazing! The scenery is something else. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of nature but also modern features, this is the place. It has an own Brewery that has the best beer I have ever tasted. Food was also really good. Staff, Wifi and Parking were perfect ! "
