Large apartment block "Schubert", 4 storeys. In the centre of Bad Gastein, 3.5 km from the lake, 900 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Public car park at 700 m. Grocery 100 m, restaurant, bakery, café 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Mozartplatz" 10 m, thermal baths "Felsentherme" 1 km, bathing lake 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, gondola lift 900 m, skisport facilities, slopes. Nearby attractions: Gasteiner Heilstollen Radon 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Gastein Stubnerkogel u.Graukogel, Sportgastein, Bad Hofgastein, Dorfgastein. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: lift to 3rd floor. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
