Everything was more than perfect. The host made us feel at home. All is very adaptable for people with reduced mobility. The showers especially were very well adapted for seniors. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless. If we needed anything more the host was always able to provide. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, etc. I highly recommend this stay.

A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort. One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. A very small reception area serves as a small marketplace for purchasing essentials. That said, it is in the heart of the Altstadt and the location is unbeatable. If we had not stayed in the Altstadt it would have limited our ability to explore old Salzburg as much as we did. The property itself is in a charming old building but the rooms are tastefully renovated and refurbished. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in and explore Salzburg.

"2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Its OK great location, Spa is excellent. I just don't get a friendly feel its a bit sterile. I went onto Garmish and within seconds i felt welcome, every member of the team smiling and being really welcoming and happy to help and offer advice. I didn't feel this ..."
