(594 reviews) The Room was small but it had everything that was required and it was clean. The two reception staff whom i talked with were cautious and polite, the breakfast was good and reception was helpful when i asked about buses. It is a 40min walk from Buchanan Bus Station but quite easy with google maps. The music venue Oran Mor just a five minute walk away also The Botanical Gardens just the same. (371 reviews) The spa is no longer included with the room price when booking through Expedia. This was not made clear on the booking. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and the laminate floor was all blistered and burst. If you are staying in Oban you can book at the ferry terminal which includes a ferry to Mull, shuttle across Mull to the harbour to meet the tour boat. Remember to pack a lunch. Words cannot describe the experience of having a few hours seeing these beautiful birds so close up and so many. The photo shows one looking up watching a seagull glide across the cliff top. There are also fulmars and razorbills.
