"The supplier was terrible in communication. There was no focal point. The concierge was not available at the check in. There was a lot of miscommunication, half a roll of toilet paper.
The supplier confirmed that there are acs but there were no acs. I request a full refund! "
"Our overnight stay was sweet and low key at Laklouk. We had spent the day exploring Bsharri and then drove to Laklouk to stay overnight. The stay is very cosy and personal as the owners of the house are there. The house has 4 rooms so there aren't many guests. Lovely outdoor areas to relax and have breakfast, or enjoy the amazing sunset view. The next day we had a 1 hour ATV tour, which was a great way to see the surrounds and highly recommend. The owners and Mohammed are very happy to help facilitate any bookings, everyone is very nice and checking on you regularly if you need anything. Do recommend! "
