Good points:
The room was clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was easily accessible from our room. The food for breakfast was fresh and good. The restaurant upstairs was very nice. It was my birthday and they brought champagne to my room.
Negative:
The staff at the front desk was not welcoming or nice. She was quite rude. hospitality is lacking. They don’t greet the customers. They don’t ask you if you need anything. At the restaurant the waiter would stand at our table with a pad of paper didn’t ask if we wanted to order drinks. He just stood there till we told them what we wanted to order. It was quite strange.
