The hotel location is excellent, felt safe and everything was walking distance. Transportation was easily accessible for Ubers etc. The hotel its self can use some updates without losing its charm. Overall nice hotel.
We were disappointed when they charged us $250 pesos for a towel I used that I got some of my tanning cream on. I use white towels all the time at home and the tan comes off once you wash it. They didn’t even offer to let me keep the towel since I basically paid for it. I felt like they could have washed it or $250 is a bit too much for a towel.

The restaurants were excellent and the room was clean.
The elevators did not work and we were on one of the top floors. The room service was terrible, they served us raw hamburgers. And lastly, both our room and my mother-in-laws rooms front doors would not close. We had to call maintenance to repair them. It felt very insecure.
