The inviting, sun-washed ground floor is reserved for the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a convenient guest WC.  
Self-catering is a pleasure in the fully equipped, built-in kitchen with branded appliances from coffee maker and microwave, to dishwasher and wine cooler.  
  
An elevator takes you up to the upper floor with three bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom and veranda, for a complete corner of privacy. Take the lift to the top, and a roof terrace with pergola provides a  
covered lounge area, hot tub, and bathroom with shower and toilet. Here on the roof, you can look forward to relaxation in the sun with panoramic views or romantic evenings under the stars.  
  
The private garden is where you are likely to spend most of your holiday: in the glittering pool or bubbling jacuzzi, on the sunbathing deck complete with shower, or around the dinner table in the BBQ area.  
Separating the villa from the sea is a Mediterranean pedestrian path for morning walks or evening strolls, while a short drive will take you to all the excitement and entertainment of Ayia Napas tourist centre only 3km away.
