Everything else about the resort was very good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, the overall experience was good, and I was happy with the stay. The only issue I had was with the room I booked. I specifically booked a Sea View Balcony and paid extra for it because I wanted to enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a large tree directly in front of the room that blocked most of the sea view. I mentioned this to the reception on the first day, and I was told that the room would be changed the next day. However, this did not happen. I asked again the following day and was given another excuse, but the room was never changed. I understood the situation from the beginning and did not want to make a big issue out of it, but I think if a guest pays extra for a Sea View Balcony, the view should actually be clear and not blocked by a tree. Apart from this issue, everything else was good, and for the price, I would say the resort offers very good value.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures on here, other than the pool, do not look the same. Bed sheets had dead ants on them. Shower had mold along the edges. Toilet seats with stains. Room phone and tv were pure decoration, it had no wires connecting them to electricity. Condom wrappers found by pool. The cleaning staff has a nasty attitude. In fact one was sleeping at night in the lobby sofas and screamed at us when having a conversation out there because she was sleeping. Turns out she was cleaning staff because she showed up at our room the next morning around 8/9AM without knocking and awkwardly stood at the edge of our beds asking us when were we leaving and insisting we go get breakfast when we didn’t want any. There was no knock, no mindfulness, she just stood there as we all slept. I walked over and asked for new towels as they were cleaning another room and they gave us that rooms old towels. When talking to front desk, it was pointless because no one knows anything. We reached out to Expedia while standing right there in which Expedia told they would reach out to the property because we wanted a refund before checking out asap. They let us no one is answering meanwhile of course there is no phone up there either. We literally did not hear a phone ring. The only benefit of this location is the closeness to the strip and restaurants on Nissi Ave. Other than that, please check other properties around their location for better experience!

No bin in the room, only room key is given so if you are coming two or more and wanna go alone don’t have key. Thus needed to wake my friends up from sleep to open the door for me. Air conditioning takes ages to work, we were sweating for 20mins. The property owner is very unfriendly and aggressive as we talked, he was reluctant to hear and offer a solution. I’d definitely not visit this property again. The receptionist wasn’t even explaining the breakfast timing, WiFi password, the phone in the room didn’t work, the receptionist mentioned as you book cheap room it’s not the best. Well paying 120€ per night for room isn’t cheap or?
