Did not get the room we paid for 3 people, was told we did not pay for all inclusive after staying in the office with the reservations lady she told us everything was sorted,was given double bed ,one person sleeping on the couch for 3 days, eventually managed to get single side bed that was not stable. The room smells of urine, took cleaning things from the cleaner and cleaned my self however when the bed room door is left open the smell still comes which I complained. The basin sink very dirty. Spoke with manager to give us what I paid for deluxe apartment or give us a refund she said she was going to sort it out which she never did, she advice me to speak with my holiday provider.Complained to Expedia to try chase up my refund several time I was told the manager was unavailable. The food was not good. Overall experience very disappointing.Pls chase up my refund.
