The new management did a great job. We can see a big difference from last year. Guest Relations team is professional. Receptionists are very friendly. Abdullah is exceptional. We go to So White every year but this year, it was an unforgettable stay. All the best

Did not get the room we paid for 3 people, was told we did not pay for all inclusive after staying in the office with the reservations lady she told us everything was sorted,was given double bed ,one person sleeping on the couch for 3 days, eventually managed to get single side bed that was not stable. The room smells of urine, took cleaning things from the cleaner and cleaned my self however when the bed room door is left open the smell still comes which I complained. The basin sink very dirty. Spoke with manager to give us what I paid for deluxe apartment or give us a refund she said she was going to sort it out which she never did, she advice me to speak with my holiday provider.Complained to Expedia to try chase up my refund several time I was told the manager was unavailable. The food was not good. Overall experience very disappointing.Pls chase up my refund.

Its an old poor maintained hotel in a great location. Restaurant in the hotel with very low quality food and high price.

The property was dirty and not clean, the reception staff were often rude and not helpful and would laugh when you had complained for the third day in a row for not receiving clean towels or the hot water was not working. The receptionist would also comment that VIPs received new laundry first and bed linen before other guests, therefore if house keeping had run out it was not there fault. The key cards for the room had to be reprogrammed every day. The scruffy dressed manager walks around barking orders to staff that seem to be untrained and is not interested in listening to the residents regarding there issues with resort. There is chaos at the beach bar and you can wait up to 30 mins to get served. The Sun beds and lounges are dirty and have mould in the material and most have been ripped and torn. I would not recommend this resort and would research other options before booking

Amazing possibilities Very nice resort HUGE POOLSSS EVERYWHERE, BEACH VERY CLEAN AND IN THE RESORT, NICE BREAKFAST, ++ But not very well organized by the staff:-/

Alles in allem einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Balkon Türe klemmte extrem und man konnte diese nur mit Gewalt auf und zu machen. Die Liegen sind etwas runter gekommen und das Laub der wunderschönen Bäume wird auch nicht sauber weggeräumt. Würden die Betreiben etwas mehr in die Sauberkeit, Erneuerung und den Service achten, dann wäre es wirklich eine gute Adresse!
