### Sea Pearl 4 Bedroom Seaview Villa
  
It was designed to offer you plenty of space to spread out, both indoors in beautifully appointed and furnished interior areas, and outside in the garden with private pool , or even on the roof terrace where you can relax and rest your eyes on the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea.  
Three ensuite bedrooms with balconies are on the upper floor, while the ground floor is dedicated to a spacious open plan lounge area with guest WC, large dining area and fully equipped, fitted kitchen with all household appliances so you can easily feel at home. Outside, a large pool glitters in the sun, inviting you for a swim at any time.  
The fourth bedroom can be found on the ground floor, it is connected to the property with a separate entrance from outside it can host one guest and can be used as maids room.  
Modern and stylish furniture, a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen, security system and Wi-Fi make it easy for you to feel at home from the moment you unpack your suitcase. This is a property for a family or to share with friends, offering the tranquillity of its beautiful setting combined with proximity to all the fun and excitement of Ayia Napa. But theres more: when youre ready to explore the area, you can easily visit traditional villages and quiet chapels, or enjoy the protected natural environment of Cape Greco, only a short drive from your villa. As such, Anemone is an all-round solution with access to as much or as little activity as you want during your holiday.
