The 3-level 200 sqm villa design is marked by contemporary Mediterranean architecture with external stone features, bright and sunny interiors, minimal yet tasteful finishing materials and furnishing. Quality marble floors, fitted kitchen and superior sanitary ware and enhanced with solar heating (for water), air-conditioning, double glazed windows and smart home options.  
From your private car park its only a few steps to the ground floor entrance. Open the door and you will instantly feel welcome. The spacious open-plan living area combines a beautifully furnished lounge, modern dining suite, and a fully equipped kitchen where self-catering is easy and feels like home.  
Upstairs youll find the ensuite master bedroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Downstairs youll discover a private self-sufficient accommodation consisting of an ensuite bedroom with its own small yet fully equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace with sea view is an attraction in itself, featuring jacuzzi, terrace lounge, BBQ area, and WC. Without a doubt, the garden and outdoor pool surrounded by comfortable loungers on the sunbathing deck is where youre bound to spend at least a few hours every day.
