Short Stay At Nissi Adamite

It is very good at nice location. The villa is clean and big enough. It needs curtains/blinds at the windows which are on the stairs because you are vissible from outside and one sun curtain in the main room. Overall a nice house and the pool is big enough and clean.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Adamite. The villa was clean & spacious & great location with around a 10min walk to restaurants, bars & Nissi beach which is beautiful. Tv had English tv channels which was handy for the kids. Would recommend hiring a car so you can see more of the island. As we visited the last week of Oct & it was chilly at night. We requested more bedding which was delivered the same day. The pool was a bit cold for the kids who found the sea warmer. Minor point but we went to use the iron on the last evening but it had a 2 pin plug & couldn’t be used. Overall we loved our trip & can’t wait to return.

Great location, close to Nisi beach and close to a couple of restaurants and bars. Check in process was easy and the property was easy to find. The villa was looking tired and could do with a touch up here and there but overall ideal for our stay. The few issues we did have was sorted straight away. We had to get some clean sheets dropped off to us as staying for two weeks and only had one set of sheets but one message sent and later the same day, clean sheets. The area is quiet in the day time but the other villas around us were rented out to young lads etc and got a bit noisy in the early hours but didn’t bother us too much. However if you have young children who wake easily I would bear this in mind. Bus stop not far away and costs only 2 to 3 euros depending on time of day and within 10 mins you are in Ayia Napa which is a lively place regardless of time of day, Worth hiring a car as getting further a field can be done by bus but obviously quicker by car. Would use this company again, great stay, loved every minute.

Xmas break

The villa is in a perfect location, 10 min walk down to Nissi beach and other beaches. It's about a 30 min walk into Ayia Napa centre but a nice walk. The pool was freezing but it was December. But the pool area and outside was clean and tidy. Would have been a mega location in summer time. Amenities in the villa was great, pool table for the kids and Netflix was a bonus. Also the wifi was great 2 families logged on and not one buffer. The kitchen could have done with just a few more handy utensils but we got by. We had a problem with the washing machine, the switch wasn't working, but the villa manager sorted it the same day. So overall a very good stay. We possibly could have done with second set of towels, although we managed to wash them with the winter sun been a little cooler they took some time to dry. But that is been really picky. Car recommended to go and see all the wonderful areas around the island, but a perfect base. thank you
