A close area to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast buffet that is full of variety. Everything is within walking distance, the harbor, shopping, and restaurants.

Nel complesso un bel hotel, pulito, colazione molto varia e buona. Posizione vicino al centro di Aiya napa e alla fermata dell’autobus quindi molto comoda. La spiaggia vicino al hotel non è bella, è vicina al porto e in acqua ci sono i sassi. Ma se ci si sposta a piedi verso sinistra ci si trovano delle spiagge carine, sabbiose con acqua cristallina. Certo che però per vedere le spiagge migliori bisogna prendere l’autobus o la macchina e spostarsi di pochi kilometri. A me ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca il fatto di aver prenotato la vacanza per 3 adulti ma qualcuno ha fatto un errore confermandomi la prenotazione per 2 adulti e un neonato quindi ho avuto l’amata sorpresa di dover pagare una differenza di prezzo in loco e nessuno, né expedia né l’hotel sono stati disposti a venirmi incontro. Hanno provato a tutti costi a incolparmi di aver sbagliato a prenotare, anche se non so come avrei potuto visto che comunque mio figlio che era insieme a noi è un adulto. Diciamo che l’expedia mi ha proprio delusa e non credo di prenotare mai più con questo provider.

Personale e direttore molto maleducati e scortesi

Appena arrivati la camera non era pronta. Ci hanno fatto attendere tre ore oltre il normale orario di check in. A nessuno del personale interessava risolvere il problema. Ci dicevano solo di attendere. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare expedia con il mio cellulare privato e passarli la signora della reception. Ci hanno in seguito dato inoltre la camera sbagliata senza vista mare in uno scantinato. Abbiamo dovuto ancora reclamare e solo dopo ci hanno dato la camera giusta. per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci hanno ignorato è trattato male al ristorante ( avevamo la mezza pensione). Il mangiare inoltre era immangiabile. Nonostante avevamo la mezza pensione abbiamo cenato diverse volte fuori.
