Rest assured: the layout is very well thought out, with each rental located on opposite sides of the house—so you won’t have to “pass the salt.” On the other hand, you’ll love lounging in the plush garden bed while sipping a cold drink… we can already picture you there! The owners will take excellent care of their guests and will be delighted to share their passion for the region. Lake Aydat, located just a few minutes away by car, is an iconic spot in the department that you absolutely must discover (or rediscover)! The cottage is located on the ground floor of the house. Access is at ground level. It is laid out as follows: a beautiful entryway—a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen—two spacious bedrooms with comfortable 160-cm beds—a bathroom—a separate toilet—and a laundry room. Outside: a lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Direct access from the living area. Marie-Odile and Hervé don’t skimp on anything—comfort and quality are definitely guaranteed! Small dogs may be allowed upon request by the owners. There are 3 holiday rentals on the property, accommodating up to 12 people in total. But rest assured: the grounds are vast, so everyone’s peace and quiet is guaranteed! The property is fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate.
