Good location.
Lovely villa in a convenient location. A very well equipped kitchen. Recommend visiting in warmer months to make the list of the outdoor area including the pool. Claire was very helpful and polite.

Amazing villa

Fabulous villa excellent from start to finish
From enquiring to leaving the villa after our fabulous stay could not have been simpler . One of the best equipped villas we have stayed at ,you can really see the owner is very passionate re the upkeep of it. We came as a family group of 10 and did not want to hire a car but factored taxi rides into town and Portugal in our budget.Taxi in abundance and we tended to use the same drivers as they got to know us. Claire and Bill were amazing we only needed to call on them once as the electricity tripped and he was there very quickly to rectify it. We spent most days at pool ,water park in Quarteria and beaches Tavira and Monte Gordo . Restaurants in Ayamonte were lovely ,great quality of food and one of the cheapest places we have holidayed in . Cannot rate Brian’s villa highly enough it was an absolute delight to stay there.Thankyou

Short stay in Costa Esuri
Great property. Lots of amenities which is great when renting a house and you want to cook / stay in the house at times. Great location for visiting the province of Huelva and popping over to Portugal which we did a lot. Only issue was the solar water heating (we had an extraordinary number of days with cloud cover so needed to watch we didn’t over use the hot water, but suspect this isn’t a problem most times of the year). Thank you we had a lovely stay.

Many thanks for the kind words. Sorry about the hot water as unfortunately, it does suffer if fully reliant on immersion heater and tank is emptied in the morning. Great Villa experience
My friends and I have just spent 10 days 1st October to the 10th of October in Brian Villa. Villa was absolutely perfect. Brian has been marvellous throughout with the booking having to be changed several times due to Covid I would not hesitate to book again five star

Fantastic Stay
We had a great stay for the last 2 weeks of September. The owner was very prompt with booking process and any questions we asked. The property is managed by Claire and Bill, who were equally as helpful. We were met at the property and shown round and told that they would be around if we needed them. We had one small issue with the pool which was dealt with immediately. So thanks for helping to make it a perfect stay. The Villa itself is really lovely and has everything that you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. It has plenty of seating, inside and out. The kitchen is really well stocked and has a great American style fridge with an ice maker. The beds are all comfortable and we all slept really well. The outside area is great and we enjoyed using the lovely pool. The BBQ and Grill were a great bonus and we also used the terrace some evenings. The location is good for either going to Portugal or Isla Canela/Punta Moral. We had some great days out at many lovely beaches. Ayamonte itself is a lovely Spanish town with some nice bars and restaurants. So overall we had a fantastic stay!

Fond memories
Two families visited this property. Plenty of shower and toilet facilities. Outside laundry room was invaluable. Well equipped kitchen. Not many facitilities in Costa Esuri but short 10m drive to Ayamonte. Handy for travel to Portugal.

Fantastic
Beautiful home with all possible amenities. Great location with easy access to Ayamonte and Isla Canela 10 minutes away. Pool was bigger than expected and cleanliness throughout of highest 5* hotel standard. Just what we needed a relaxing stress free holiday made so by Brian’s quick responses during booking and Clare’s assistance whilst at the villa. Will be looking to book again next year

Like a show home, we’ve booked again already!
2nd stay here now and already booked again for next year, It has everything you need and more. Modern decor and all the tech & electrical equipment you need. Beautiful pool and outside area with bbq. A car is advised to visit the lovely surrounding villages, sites, beaches & restaurants although the golf club house within walking distance serve a nice pint of Guinness and tasty food at a reasonable price. We travelled into Monte Gordo & La Canela (both 20mins drive) to lovely sandy beaches with seafront restaurants/bars so well worth a visit, or day/evening into Ayamonte for some shopping & proper Spanish bars/restaurants next to the marina. Bad points, 3 weeks wasn’t long enough!

Well equipped and plenty of space
The villa is situated in a peaceful area, but a short drive from Ayamonte and the amenities there. The villa is very well equipped, we even found things we didn't know we needed until we found them! It was also very clean. We had one issue soon after we arrived when the electricity went out but we managed to sort it out with the standard "switch off - switch on" at the fuse box. The children in particular loved the pool which was just the right size. In fact we spent a lot of time just relaxing by the pool. Claire the key holder was very helpful, and got in a few basics on request as our flight was a very late one, although this is not part of the service. There is a Lidl in Ayemonte which is open on Sunday so all ok for late arrivals. The washing machine was a welcome addition, so we didn't have mountains of dirty clothes to take home. One tip, if you are going into Ayemonte in the evening, go early as parking spaces seem to get filled very quickly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous villa, great management and owner, all very helpful and fast efficient communication.
The villa, is very high quality and well maintained. It has everything you need and more - in the kitchen, board games and so much more. There’s a variety of shops and restaurants in town. We had some lovely walks around the area. There’s a children’s play area about ten minutes walk (20 on the way back with our children) and a little local shop and cafe/ bar on the way (5 minute walk) Owner and management staff very friendly and helpful and gave us tips about the area - phone internet was insistent that the nearest supermarket was 45 minutes drive, but it was 10. We would highly recommend this villa. Thanks to Brian, Claire and Bill for a very easy and wonderful stay.

Superb villa, lovely pool - home from home!
Our family party of six were easily and comfortably accommodated in this large, luxurious villa. The pool was beautiful - and the outside areas had plenty of space to relax, socialise and sunbathe. Plenty of entertainment options indoors - with extensively DVD library, Sky Sports (big hit with hubby), Soundbar and board games galore. Well presented & kitchen well equipped with all that you need and beyond. Brian was great to deal with throughout - and local contact and support from Bill & Claire was second to none. A great place to visit Andalusia and the Algarve from - even managed to hire a road bike from a local cycle store to explore the quieter roads in both Spain & Portugal. Highly recommend this wonderful home - great memories of an exceptional holiday. Thanks again.

Fabulous!
The Villa was immaculate and very clean. Every conceivable requirement has been catered for. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The beautiful town of Ayamonte is a real gem and there is much to see and do further afield, both in Spain and in Portugal. All the restaurants we visited were either very good or excellent. Car hire recommended.

Everything you need for a 8 week stay. Home from Home
Hi Brian Just a quick note to say thank you for a really pleasant stay at your Villa. It is vital to get as much right as you can when booking for 8 weeks and you ticked all the boxes. Everything we needed was available and Sky Sports added to. The high standard of equipment and décor was much appreciated, Every type of kitchen utensil was in great supply which made cooking meals simple. This was a big plus as we could not have afforded to "eat out" every day for such a long stay. You were always "on call" and quick to respond, in a positive and supportive way when we needed advice, even though you has a management team in place, the real personal touch. What a fantastic villa!
A fantastic villa with all you need for a great stay, just back after a 10 night stay in late October and loved it that much we booked another 2 weeks for next year! It’s got the lot plus close to many beautiful locations and 45min drive to Faro airport. Lovely pool and the villa is fully kitted out with absolutely all you need & more, can’t wait to get back next year! 😎

Relaxing and lovely villa
Everything in the villa was of high class. From the furnishings to the kitchen. Honestly can't fault our stay. Great location for visiting Seville and popping to Portugal (We kept forgetting the 1 hour time difference ... which was entertaining) The villa was spotless and we would definitely consider staying again

Fabulous Modern Villa
There is only one word to describe this villa and that is Exceptional ! The furnishings and standard of equipment is by far the best we have had in any villa holiday. The pool, garden and terraces are south facing and therefore have sun all day although there are many areas to sit in the shade if you wish. Each room has its own A/C unit. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had a fabulous American style fridge freezer and the wonderful chandelier in the hall completed the modern look. It was only a 5 min drive to the lovely traditional Spanish town of Ayamonte with its great restaurants ( LPA by far the best), over the bridge and you're in Portugal and with just over an hours drive you are in Seville . We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will be looking return if we're lucky enough to get booked !

Foi uma excelente estadia, uma casa incrível e muito bem equipada. Uma casa bem localizada, num local sossegado, muito acolhedora e bonita. Apenas o portão nos criou alguns problemas, encontra-se a funcionar um pouco mal. Tem um atraso grande em relação ao tempo que se clica no comando e por vezes fecha quando o carro vai a passar, coisa que nos criou um estrago no carro. Sugerimos arranjar o portão e colocá-lo com mais segurança na sua mecânica. Contudo, um local onde ponderamos voltar e , certamente, recomendaremos a amigos/familiares.

Amazing house to relax!
If you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy the sun this house is absolutely perfect. The pool is amazing, and the whole outside area is super cool if you want to relax. Despite being surrounded by other houses you have full privacy, no noises whatsoever except for the birds! Super close to supermarkets, beach, center of ayamonte, etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. My family and my dog absolutely loved the week. Thank you Brian and Claire!

La casa está estupendamente, mejor que en las fotos( y eso que en las fotos se ve estupenda), todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado y también el salón. La cocina es preciosa y no le falta detalle( tiene de todo) lo único es que no encontramos cápsulas de café, pero como había otra cafetera eléctrica para café molido usamos esa que nos hizo un café delicioso. Hay muchos platos, vasos, sartenes......vamos de todo. El frigorífico es de dos puertas, una puerta es frigorífico entero, con un montón de sitios para poner cosas, y el congelador es bastante grande, y hace cubitos. El porche es precioso, allí hemos estado todos los días y la piscina muy bien cuidada con el agua cristalina. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo y la casa nos ha encantado. La entrada perfecta, pudimos entrar un poco antes ya que habían terminado de limpiar y cuando nos íbamos a ir avisamos y llegaron enseguida. Unos días perfectos, muchas gracias Brian por dejarnos disfrutar de su casa.

Casa espectacular, comoda y de lujo
Hemos estado 5 dias un grupo de amigos y la casa esta genial. Se encuentra en una urbanizacion muy tranquila a pocos kilometros de Ayamonte. La zona de piscina-barbacoa fantastica, habitaciones grandes con camas comodas y armarios empotrados, salvo en la habitacion de la entrada que tiene un armario muy pequeño e inestable y sin cajones. Los baños con muy buenas duchas y agua con presion y caliente. Unicamente cabria mejorar un poco la limpieza de la cocina y el armario anteriormente comentado.Hemos estado muy a gusto. Una muy buena eleccion.

Una muy buena experiencia
La Villa es preciosa, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones de lo más agradables con familia y amigos. Los cuartos son magníficos, muy cómodos y bien equipados, todos con aire acondicionado. Los cuartos de baño geniales también, así como su cocina y salón. Cuenta con dos terrazas, una en la parte superior de la casa y otra donde se encuentra la piscina. La verdad es que hemos pasado unos días de escándalo. La única pega que ponemos es que encontramos bastante sucias la parrilla y el grill del jardín, así como bastante complicación para poder limpiarlos ya que no hay sumidero en la zona donde se encuentran. La experiencia en general ha sido fantástica. Muchas gracias a Claire y Brian por hacerlo todo tan sencillo y agradable.

La villa es increíble, preciosa, amplia y no le falta un detalle. El sitio es muy tranquilo, hemos disfrutado mucho, los niños estaban encantados. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, los baños muy bonitos y cuidados. A toda la familia nos ha fascinado. Claire y Brian muy atentos y amables. Repetimos seguro.

Todo Perfecto, pero con detalles a mejorar.
La casa es maravillosa, esta muy bien equipada para hacer lo que necesites, hemos estado dos familias y no nos ha faltado de nada.Las camas fenomenales, muy cómodas!! Tienen altavoces tanto en el comedor como en la terraza para poder poner música de fondo, la piscina genial!! Y la tranquilidad que se respira es fenomenal. El trato con CLAIRE espectacular solo nos dio facilidades para todo!! Encantadora!! Contras: La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el horno lleno de aceite y sucio, las ventanas llenas de suciedad, el vater del baño de abajo estaba bastante sucio con manchas, la ducha de ese mismo cuarto de baño está rota cuando pones la parte superior(pierde agua) y el baño superior cuando llenas la bañera y la vacías pierde muchísima agua por el bote sinfónico y se llena todo de agua. Una de las camas de matrimonio tenía la tapa rota. Son pequeños detalles que se solucionan fácilmente y mejoraría aún más la estancia. La recomendaría? Por supuesto es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy bien equipado para pasar unas vacaciones geniales!!

Vacaciones estupendas
Hemos estado 9 días,y todo muy agusto. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable,tanto las instalaciones como la casa está perfecta.

La casa es preciosa y muy grande. Dormitorios amplios y colchones muy cómodos. La piscina estupenda para el disfrute de toda la familia. La única pega ha sido que encontramos en la cocina algunos utensilios que no estaban limpios y la barbacoa tampoco lo estaba, pero ha sido el único punto negativo. No le falta ningún accesorio, dispone de todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. La parte exterior es muy grande con lo que las 9 personas que hemos ido hemos estado muy cómodos para estar todo el día al aire libre. Ha sido una experiencia fantástica

Estancia fantástica , casa súper completa.... está a unos 20 min de la playa pero compensa la tranquilidad y prestaciones.

Espectacular!
La casa es espectacular, mejor que en las fotos. No le falta detalle... La cocina muy grande, luminosa, completísima para familias grandes, éramos 7 y no nos faltó de nada, además, al estar integrada en el salón y cerca del porche, era muy cómoda a la hora de servir la comida y recoger. Sofás amplios en el salón, cómodos, muy bien decorado. Las dos habitaciones en la planta baja hacen que tenga un acceso muy cómodo sin tener que subir escaleras. El porche espectacular, mesa grande, sofás, hamacas para todos, toallas disponibles... Y la escalera de acceso a la planta superior muy luminosa, con acceso a una terraza grande que permitía unos amaneceres preciosos y de uso privado para los despertares tempranos de nuestros adolescentes, que dormían en la planta de arriba. Los propietarios muy atentos. El barrio muy tranquilo, aunque un poco retirado, pero compensa con creces la casa. De las mejores casas que he estado... Muy, muy recomendable...
