Es una urbanizacion tranquila pero tampoco hay nada para tomar algo cercano. Limpio y buen menaje aunque falto de papel higienico y servilletas o rollos de cocina. La casa es algo oscura por su orientación y tampoco ayuda mucho la decoración en comparación con otros apartamentos de la urbanización. Lo mejor la piscina comunitaria. Hace falta coche para ir a la playa (3km a Isla Canela y 5km a Punta del Moral aprox.).
