Beautiful apartment with SEA VIEWS

  • 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace and ocean views. Excellent location, in a private residential complex right on the beach.



    Apartment with an excellent location and ocean views.



    It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds), a full bathroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a storage room.



    From the terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the ocean, gardens, and swimming pools.

    - Air conditioning in the living room



    The Alcaudón residential complex is private.

    It features two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children—open during the summer season), paddle tennis courts, spacious landscaped areas, a children’s playground, and a restaurant/beach bar located within the community.



    - Direct access to the boardwalk and the beach.

    - Maximum peace and security.

    - Excellent transport links.
