Omes 2 km from Axams: Large, cosy 2-family house "Wollbell", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 100 m. Walking paths from the house 6 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rangger Köpfl 6 km, Axamer Lizum 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Natterer See 9 km, Innsbrucker Baggersee 20 km, Wildsee Seefeld 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Hannelore", 3-room apartment 50 m2, on the upper ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds.
