Zifres 2 km from Axams: Modern, comfortable 3-family house "Wibmer", 2 storeys, surrounded by fields. In a secluded position on top of a hill, 10 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Innsbrucker Baggersee 20 km, Natterer See 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
"Caro", 2-room apartment 52 m2 on 2nd floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Very tasteful and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Shower/WC.
