Make the Great Escape to Avon by the Sea!

  • This home boasts every amenity desired for your suburban/beach escape! Three well appointed bedrooms with a generous living and dining space, central air throughout, High speed wifi (work from home compliant), 60 inch smart tv in the living room! Private yard with outdoor shower with weber grill. A front yard and private porch, modern kitchen and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN round out some of the conveniences this space offers! The house can sleep up to 7, the master has a King, second has Queen and the third has a Full with Twin trundle. Couch in the living room is brand new, high thread count bedding, plush towels, a fully stocked kitchen and even board games! We have thought of it all!
