unit enjoys a northerly aspect in the best location in Avoca. Two spacious bedrooms with built-ins, queen bed and tri-bunk.
Well-equipped open plan kitchen with stone bench tops. Beach views from the kitchen and living area. Communal gas BBQ and outdoor showers in yard.

An ideal spot for a small family to spend the summer break.
