    Situated in an extremely handy position opposite the Avoca Theatre, this newly freshened, two bedroom unit is just a short stroll to the beach and cafes.
    Featuring an air conditioned lounge room with TV and DVD, sunny deck to enjoy your morning coffee, roomy kitchen with microwave plus internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

    Bedroom one contains queen bed. Bedroom two has one single bed and one set of bunks. Linen is not provided.

    Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-
    protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
